We are an international kindergarten located in Beijing China. With three kindergarten locations across Beijing, and more opening soon, we are very excited to continue to grow and inspire our students. Beijing The City
Beijing, capital of the Peoples Republic of China, is the nations political, economic, cultural, educational and international trade and communication center. Located in northern China, close to the port city of Tianjin and partially surrounded by Hebei province, Beijing continues to be an exciting place for all things music, fashion and art with plenty of events and shows to attend.
There is a thriving expat community in Beijing, with the Sanlitun area being a popular destination for both expats and trendy locals to mix and mingle over drinks. One of the most important landmarks in the city is Tiananmen Square. This is the worlds largest public square and a must-see for all visitors from abroad and from other places in China.
Main Responsibilities
o Maximum of 20 teaching hours per week
o Maximum of 37.5 working hours per week (mostly participating with the kids activities)
o Class sizes: 10 to 25 students
o Student ages: 3 to 6 years old
o 5 working days per week (Monday to Friday: 8.30 to 4.30)
o Cooperate with Chinese and foreign staff to ensure constructive communication and efficient operation
o Track students progress
o Deliver classes in a professional and creative way
o Participate in free play and lessons conducted by other teachers
Compensation
o Highly competitive salary: 23,500 RMB per month (housing allowance included)
o Flight reimbursement on contract completion: 8,000 RMB
o Airport pick up and 2 weeks paid accommodation upon arrival
o Assistance provided with apartment search
o Bi yearly salary raise up to 1,000 RMB
o All Chinese public holidays plus 8 days paid personal days plus option to take additional holidays throughout the year (unpaid)
o Legal Z work visa provided (document notarization reimbursement up to 2,000 RMB)

Requirements
o Bachelors degree or above required
o TEFL certificate 120 hours OR 2 years teaching experience required (No TEFL? We recommend INTESOL, www.GoldStarTeachers.com/INTESOL)
o Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
o Experience is desirable but not essential if you hold a 120 hour TEFL certificate (fresh graduates may apply)
o Clean criminal background
